Refund Policy

We are a service based business. If you need to cancel your appointment but have already paid online, you will be refunded the total amount. According to the cancellation policy, you should cancel within a 24-48 hour window. Cancellations the day of are subject to a charge of 50% the total for the massage. This is to respect the therapist's time. 

 

However if you are unsatisfied with the treatment we may only offer credit toward another massage therapy session. This will grant the ability to deepen communication and expectations of the session to better the treatment plan. If there is a discrepancy between the client and the therapist, this will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
